This article is so fucking frustrating, it makes me want to kill puppies. Allow me to paraphrase.

Problem:
1) Software sucks.
2) Because programmers are in hell.
3) Because programming tools have not really gotten better in the last 25 years.

Solution:
1) Look at the doggy.
2) See how you can ask Alice "why did" and "why didn't" questions.
